Job Description/Responsibilities
  • Assisting Managers for successful completion of process of recruitment, training and operation management
  • Analyze the need of human resources in assistance with different directorate, departments and units by rightly placing the requisition for actions
  • Orient the employees with policies, regulations, forms, job responsibilities and systems in place
  • Manage and maintenance of leave among the employees and keeps record properly
  • Compile the monthly late, delay report received from all service centres and other premises
  • Develop monthly employee remuneration sheet with consultation directorate/department/units heads
  • Update employee's evaluation, benefits, renewal of contracts, increments, awards, incidence or accidents, misconduct to supervisor for immediate actions
  • Completion of process of resignation needs for any employees
  • Ensure supplies of recruitment related documents to all employees in time
  • Develop and execution of Drivers/Cleaners/Securities/Assistants monthly and weekly schedule as planned.
  • Maintain and manage the employees personal file and update their records as per organizational needs
  • Circulate office notice or any memo all the centers and ensure receipt
  • Assist employees by providing ID card and other necessary logistics immediate after recruitment
  • Maintain the HR related operational notes, letter and documentation as per proper maintaining the reference no
  • Conduct the HR Management committee meetings and taking approve of the meeting minutes
  • Responsible for operating the HR related software

Educational Requirements
  • Master/ Post Graduate in Human Resources Management in Private Sector, NGO, Business Sector or Development Sector.
Experience Requirements

Additional Requirements
  • Age 27 to 35 year(s)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
  • Better than average written and spoken communication skills in Bangla and English.
  • Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices and experience working with a NGO employment law attorney.
  • Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes.
  • Excellent organizational management skills.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
  • A minimum of two years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
